Important things to consider when making a report to the Office of Equity and Compliance.

• The reporting form automatically routes to our office, no other office will receive your report.
• Your report is confidential
• You may request a copy of what you submitted when completing the reporting form
• Our office will contact you to schedule a meeting to review your rights and options
• You are permitted to bring a person of support (advisor) with you to meet with our office
• You will not be forced to take action
